Welcome to the #ActNow Live Virtual Reality Experience in support of the United Nations campaign for individual action on climate change and sustainability.

To have a truly immersive experience around the world, we are inviting participants to take a virtual journey with us to multiple global regions, including the Middle East, North America, South Asia, Asia, Africa, Europe, the Indian Ocean, the Arctic, Oceana, and Latin America.

Between January and August of 2022, as part of the #ActNow Immersive VR Experience, once per month we will unveil a new custom-built virtual environment that digitally replicates an existing place, and we will host a 24-hour moderated live event with storytellers, performers, and artists. Each month participants will learn about different climate threats, SDG actions, and solutions, while celebrating a different UN International Day.

The international debut of the #ActNow Live Immersive VR Experience will take place in the iconic Al Wasl Dome at the World Expo in Dubai, followed by 7 other locations to be revealed.

You are invited to attend the premiere event of our global virtual reality festival featuring monthly events held inside iconic architectural and natural landmarks around the planet built by some of the world’s top virtual world builders.

Guests Participants will experience a variety of informative, educational, events and entertaining experiences that promote diversity and inclusiveness.

Once inside our transformational spaces, virtual attendees will be encouraged to take individual and collective action with the global community in a concerted effort to #ACTNOW for the #SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).

On 24 JAN – International Day of Education, we are collaborating with UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization) to rally attention around:

Indicator 4.7: Sustainable Development and Global Citizenship.

AltspaceVR is the Premiere Metaverse Experience where you can be become a Custom Avatar via PC, MAC, and most virtual reality headsets.

1. Download AltSpaceVR for PC, MAC, or compatible VR headset. (www.AltVR.com)

2. Create an account using any Microsoft Login and build a custom avatar of yourself or use the default avatar setting.

3. Click “Enter Event” from the Event Calendar to enter the Virtual World.

Guests will enjoy fully immersive virtual world experiences with thousands of other attendees from around the world at the touch of a button. All registered guests will receive an email with login reminder the day before your event.
