DESCRIPTION:Our next meetup will take place online on the 30.06.2022\nGreat change in film and video production is upon us. It’s called „Virtual Production“ and throws a lot of production methods that have been valid since the invention of the film overboard. This fundamentally changes the way films are made. So it’s about time we take a closer look at what is happening there.\nOur guests:\nTim Wen – Virtual Production Expert at HTC VIVE. Tim will give us some inside into Vives latest product. The VIVE Mars CamTrack. The cost-effective solution provides accurate camera tracking for live video compositing with a set-up time that only takes minutes. \nDaniel Botto of Aximmetry Technologies. Aximmetry is a leading Virtual Production Platform. Daniel is a technician from the Support Team. He trains Studio Operators in person or online and helps users with their Aximmetry experience. He will give us some inside about the capabilities of the platform. \nLeon Haase\nlooked at „The importance of virtual production for the production of films and serial media products“ as part of his bachelor thesis. Together with the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences\, he produced a commercial for the SOS Kinderdörfer in the Hyperbowl Studios. \nProf. Clemens Hochreiter\,\nwill give us some insight into his project and tell us about his journey in the world of virtual production. \nVirtual Production expert Christian Felder\,\nis going to give us an introduction to the topic Virtual Production. \nSo come join us for a chat and drinks in Munich at JOJO Wassersport\, Augustenstr. 79\, 80333 or just join via Zoom. \nVirtual Production ist in aller Munde.\nManche sprechen sogar von einer grundlegenden Veränderung des Filmemachens wie man es bisher kannte.\nHype oder Disruptive Technology? \nAber was ist damit eigentlich genau gemeint?\nDieser Frage wollen wir in diesem Meet up auf den Grund gehen. \nWir haben den Abend deshalb auf zwei Schwerpunkte aufgeteilt: \nSchwerpunkt 1: Szenische Produktionen und Werbung \nSeit „Mandalorian“ ist der Einsatz von In-Camera VFX die neue Realität.\nDer Einsatz von LED Panels in Kombination mit Echtzeit-3D-Software\nwie Unreal die angebbliche Zukunft des Filmemachens. \nWorauf kommt es an\, welche Kameras können das und wie sieht so ein\nHyperbowl Studio eigentlich aus? Diese Fragen versuchen wir zu beantworten. \nGerade für München mit dem Hyperbowl in den Penzing Studios (vormals Neu Messe München) hat die Filmregion Bayern einen großen Player im Rennen. \nSchwerpunkt 2: Virtuelle Studios. Der digitale Messestand. \nMit Unreal und Aximmetry werden gerade die Budgets für virtuelle Studios\nneu berechnet. Was früher nur großen Broadcastern möglich war\,\nnämlich in komplette virtuellen Sets aufzuzeichen\, ist nun auch für KMUs in leistbare Nähe gerückt. Was können die Tools und was ist nötig um solche Projekte umzusetzen? \nAuch PTZ-Kameras und das Free-D Protokoll werden hier Erwähnung finden. \nGastgeber für dieses Meet up ist die Segel- und Motorbootschule JOJO.\nNicht erst seit Corona wird hier über innovative Tools zur Erwachsenenbildung\nnachgedacht und entwickelt.
